Dog Walking
$25/walk per household (up to 2 dogs)
Do you have a busy work week? Are your dogs stuck indoors for a lengthy amount of time? I can come by your home and walk your dogs to give them a little exercise and to relieve themselves! I aim to walk about a mile per session in and around your place of residence. If your dogs are older or can’t walk as well, or in the event of inclement weather, I can opt to offer them a potty break and indoor play session instead. Currently only servicing the Louisville, KY area.
Please note that dog walking is NOT a training session. Dogs with poor leash walking manners can pose a risk to myself and others. I will not be able to offer this service to you if your dogs cannot be walked safely on a leash or with appropriate gear. If, however, you wish to schedule training for leash manners, I offer private lessons and board-and-train services.

Follow us on Facebook to keep an eye out for group events! We love having fun with fellow dog friends. We’ll periodically plan Pack Walks at local parks where we all meet and walk out dogs together. Meet new friends, get some exercise, and enjoy the beautiful weather with your pup!

Michaela is LITERALLY the reason we have our awesome dog, Zeke. He came to her as a foster from KHS with lots of anxiety and behavioral concerns. We met Zeke after he had been training with her for a few weeks and he was already a very different dog than had been described to us. She was able to address his particular issues with compassion, care, and patience, and we are the lucky beneficiaries of her hard work.

Nalley loves his accommodations at Dirigo when I travel. I know he’s safe, will be loved and well taken care of. Michaela is a pro with all under her care. Before we get to the driveway, as soon as we pull on her street, he starts getting excited and when he gets out of the car he can’t wait to get to the door and see her. It’s his home away from home.
